For more than a decade I have developed and refined strategies that create meaningful and lasting results for my clients. For over 7 years I worked with Tony Robbin’s team at Robbins Research International (RRI), am now a graduate of Tony Robbins Mastery University and have logged hundreds of training hours with Tony’s tools and technologies. I worked for RRI for over 7 years and was the top performing coach in his team of more than 60 elite coaches. As part of the coaching leadership team, I developed coaching competencies and standards of excellence, conducted trainings and provided extensive mentoring.  

I am also a Master Strengths Coach with The Marcus Buckingham Company, have well over 4000 hours of direct client work and hold both PCC and BCC certifications. I am also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, a program based on the research of Brené Brown Ph.D.  

In addition to extensive training and work with Tony Robbins, Marcus Buckingham, and Brené Brown, I am a Certified Mentor Coach, graduate of the Hoffman Process, and Strategic Intervention student of Robbins-Madanes Coach Training.
